This popular wheel class is designed for students who are comfortable with the basics and are ready to try new techniques and hone their skills. Your instructor is there to guide you on the projects of your choosing. This class comes with 12 open studio hours each week.
Prior wheel experience or one beginning level class a must.
Instruction for this class meets you where you are. Each student will receive instruction according to their level of experience/project interest.
Class size limited to 6 to insure focused instruction.
All work must be created, trimmed, glazed and fired within the 7 weeks (unless re-enrolled).
Students have access to Open Studio Hours to practice their skills.
5:30pm-8:30pm, Wednesdays
Order Clay HERE and it will be labeled and waiting for you on the 1st day of class.
What to bring: Comfortable clothing, a hair tie for long hair and a water bottle. During the winter months, please bring inside shoes to change into (crocs or tennis shoes are great).
What not to bring: Food, clay or glaze. Shorter nails and no jewelry will make things easier too.
Because we save a wheel just for you, classes are non-refundable.
